We are back with our Weekly Africa Report and we focus on the DRC after opposition leader Felix Tshisekedi shot down an earlier agreement to field a unity candidate in next month's election. Martin Fayulu, who was unexpectedly selected as unity candidate in talks in Geneva, insists the deal is not dead. Elsewhere, Madagascar went to the polls last week with 36 hopefuls in an election that will go the next round. International observers say the polls had no irregularities.
