We continue with our Weekly Africa Report and we focus on Madagascar 's elections where two former presidents are headed for a presidential run off next month. Neither won the 50 percent of votes required for a first round victory. Elsewhere, Zambian police yesterday questioned opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema for allegedly fuelling attacks on Chinese. The UPND leader was last year detained for four months for treason, a case many said was politically motivated.
