Yesterday Bonteheuwel residents, supported by the Bonteheuwel Rate Payers and Tenants Association (BRATA) protested Sub-Council 5 for alleged corruption and failure in delivering services to the area. Videos on social media portray shocking police brutality towards residents who demanded answers from the sub council.
