State instructed by WC High court to produce plan for District Six land restitution

Yesterday the Western Cape High court gave the South African government
three months in which to formulate a plan of action to address land restitution for District Six claimants. This after the District Working committee filed the application, in May this year, against the state for alleged failure to complete the land restitution process.
