The Noble Peace Prize was this year given to Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad, for their exceptional work in human rights. Mukwege has provided medical care and surgery to thousands of survivors of of sexual violence in his country, DRC while Murad is Yazidi woman from northern Iraq.
