Yesterday, South Africa marked the 24 th anniversary of Day of Reconciliation. Themed the year of Nelson Mandela and Albertina Sisulu, Liberators of Reconciliation. Addressing thousands at a celebration in Eastern Cape, president Cyril Ramaphosa said South Africa belongs to all that lived in it. But the question is, Has the country been reconciled ?
