Legal vs. illegal street racing

A video clip doing the rounds on social media showing the BMW crash on the N1 outgoing at the Sable Road off-ramp is being circulated and debated. With some supporting illegal street racing and others objecting to the dangerous sport which poses a risk to the driver and other road users.
In the latest incident the driver survived the crash and sustained serious injuries to his legs and head, leaving him in a critical condition.
