The WC Department of Transport to propose new law to curb illegal street racing

The Western Cape Transport are planning to propose new laws to reduce incidents of street racing and life-threatening speeding. This following a crash on the N1 that has left a man critical injured with serious injuries to his legs and head. In a video on YouTube, the car can be seen changing lanes at high speed late on Monday morning , at which point the driver loses control of the car and crashes into the centre median.
