WCED unimpressed by students viral bullying video

The recent circulation of videos in which young females were filmed fighting has raised the ire of the public with many questioning steps taken by authorities to prevent this type of behaviour. In the latest incident one of the girls involved in a bullying attack against a Bonteheuwel girl that went viral last week, has come forward to make a public apology. This after the mother of the 14-year-old victim opened a case of common assault against two of the female perpetrators that assauled the young victim.
