When President Cyril Ramaphosa delivered the 2018 State of the Nation address many goals were set to improve conditions in South Africa. With government outlining plans to stimulate economic growth including unemployment, education and health.
However some of the 2018 goals were not met bringing into questions the ethics and accountability of leadership responsible proper governance.
