WC Govt launches multi-million rand social housing project

More than 1000 rental housing opportunities will be provided to previously disadvantaged low-income earners in Goodwood, Ruytewacht and surrounding areas. This following the launch of the multi-million rand social housing project earlier this week.
The initiative is a collaborative project between the national and provincial Departments of Human Settlements, the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA), the City of Cape Town as well as Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA).
