In our weekly world report today, we look at US' president Trump's intention to scrap the trade status granted to India and Turkey. Trump says the two countries no longer comply with the eligibility criteria. In Brazil, the new president has directed the indigenous people to vacate the land to pave way for commercial farmers. Closer to home, the US has extended more sanctions on Zimbabwe as the melt down continues under Mnangagwa, while in South Africa, Stats SA has announced a GDP growth of 0.8 percent.
