Prominent Saudi woman activist to go on trial

The trial of Loujain al Hathloul, one of nearly a dozen prominent Saudi Arabian women rights activists jailed last year will go on trial on Wednesday. Dozen of rights activists have been detained in the Kingdom for the past two years in apparent bid to stamp out opposition to Crown prince Mohammed bin Salman.
