MJC calls upon legal fraternity to assist Bo Kaap

Public comments to have the Bo-Kaap area included in the heritage protection overlay zone has been streaming in. With more than 2000 people adding their voice to the proposal which aims to protect the historial aspects of the area.
This includes the religious monuments such as the Tana Baru being protected and might also prevent the future contruction of high rising developments.
