Frustrated "dial-a-ride" users speak out against bad service

Now as you may know dissatisfied dial-a-ride disabled users handed over a memorandum of demands at march to the City of Cape Town a few months ago demanding better and more accessible services. Its seems their concerns have fallen on deaf ears as some users were again left stranded this week
