Mayco member for water responds to concerns of water theft

So as you know on Monday we spoke about the problem of water theft being on the increase because of the steep water tariffs that are a headache for cash-strapped consumers.
One activist says the City’s high water tariff structure is not sustainable. So we’ve invited Mayco member for water and waste, Councillor Xanthea Limberg on air to respond to these issues and make it clear to listeners
