Grand Parade United Traders not consulted on informal traders budget allocation

Now a few weeks ago we highlighted the concerns of traders on the Grand Parade who often cannot trade when big event companies make due of the area. This include prime business areas in areas like Greenpoint where informal traders had to make way for the upgrade of the Cape Town Staduim during the 2010 World Cup. Now there was a meeting held recently between COCT and representatives of the traders
