The Umrah debacle

VOC has been inundated with complaints from individuals who booked a umrah package with Al Faisel Tours but did not receive the services which they have paid for and as a result were unable to perform umrah. Now some some families say there is no other choice but to take the matter to the High Court in order to get their money back as Faisel Kartsons from Al Faisel Tours has made no attempt to contact the mu'tamireen. Earlier today some families went to court as Faisel has been ordered with a provisional sequestration. Joining us online for an update is Thabiet Albertus, a representative from one of the families affected.
