The Social Development Department has placed three Mitchells Plain children, including a three-month-old baby, in a temporary place of safety after they were found locked up in a dark shack while their mother was allegedly out smoking drugs. Now officials were alerted of the incident after a video of the crying children inside the shack was posted on social media.
