As gang violence escalates on the Cape Flats, it has become apparent that children as young as 13 years old are at risk of being recruited. It’s a lifestyle very few gangsters can easily walk away from however there are a small percentage of people who have reintegrated back into society after their escape from the notorious gang culture.
