In this part of the show, we want to understand the issues around the incarceration of Shaykh Ibrahim Zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN). Together with his wife, Sh Ibrahim has been in prison for almost 4 years. It’s believed they are badly injured and continue to be in poor health. They have been denied medical care by the Nigerian Prison authorities. International human rights organisations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have called for his release and the story is now starting to gain international media attention.
