Impact of increase rainfall on dams and CT water tariffs

The increased rainfall has done Western Cape dams well with levels boosting exponentially. The Theewaterskloof one of the biggest dams in the province, has seen its level increase by 8.6% from last week, to reach 61.7%. While Clanwilliam Dam on the West Coast has seen levels rise to 71.6%.Its most certainly welcomed but what does it really mean for consumers struggling to keep up with the water tariffs.
