Robert Towell from Sasfin Securities has suggested an offshore investment as his stock pick for the day.
"I think that overseas is where you need to look at the moment. The markets have been quite volatile but I think you still think that you can look at these counters like Apple and Amazon. They got sold off quite aggressively when the trade war spiked so so I do think that you can look at those. If you are however looking for a long term acquisition I do like the players like Unilever, although a bit expensive, it is something that you could buy.
