SA Human Rights Commission hosts 'backyarders' summit

Government officials and communities will gather at the Castle of Goodhope today where pressing issues relating to housing will be discussed at a Backyarders Summit. The summit hosted by the SA Human Rights Commission comes after several communities took to the street during the Shutdown protest lead by the Gatvol movement over the lack of adequate housing for backyard dwellers and homeless people.
