National Wills Week

If you do not have a will then now is your chance to get your affairs in order as this week marks National Wills Week. It takes place from September 16 to 20. This means legal experts will be able to assist you with drawing up basic wills for free. This includes Sharia compliant will which is a requirement for all muslims.
Joining us online is Dr Muneer Abduroaf from the Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal Justice and Procedure at the University of the Western Cape.
