A Local entrepreneurs from Mitchells Plain have created a signature gourmet ice cream with eight different flavours being named after different areas. So instead of conforming to the negative labels the Cape Flats is known for, his chosen to create a more colourful image of the different areas such as Westridge, Eastridge, Woodlands, Rocklands, Tafelsig, Beacon Valley, Portland and Lentegeur.
