IPID under the spotlight

A Viewfinder investigation have revealed how the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has been prematurely closing cases without proper investigation. In 2012, then Public Protector raised the alarm, but to date there has been no evidence to show the matter was dealt with. On line is Viewfinder founder Daneel Knoetze.
