Last week the Western Cape High Court reserved judgment in the case brought forward by Philippi Horticultural Area Food and Farming (PHA) Campaign against The provincial government and City of Cape Town. As you may know the PHA campaign has been advocating for the protection of the areas against the rezoning of land for development. However the provincial government along with the City, has accused the Philippi Horticultural Area Food and Farming (PHA) Campaign of misleading the court
