Amnesty International says is alarmed by the increase in attacks by unknown gunmen on people in north-east Nigeria and called on the government to take effective measures to protect the people and prevent further human rights abuses. According to the rights organisation in Nigeria over 600 killed in the last two months. The major incidents that occurred are suspected to be committed by the Boko Haram.
