Woodstock and Salt River vendors angry over fines

So the City of Cape Town’s strict, and some would say ridiculous by-laws, has raised the ire of local vendors again – this time in Woodstock and Salt River. Local traders who sell their goods on the street pavements say they are being deliberately targeted by law-enforcement officials and slapped with fines.
