Chaotic scenes have emerged from the Cape Town CBD after SAPS and the City’s Law Enforcement Unit dispersed dozens of people camping outside the UN Refugee Agency located near Greenmarket Square. They are demanding assistance to leave South Africa as they fear possible xenophobic violence.
