The South African Human Rights Commission today released a 80 page report on the challenges with regard to the right of access to Water and Sanitation in South Africa. The report titled: “Water and Sanitation, Life and Dignity: Accountability to the People who are Poor”, was handed over to government representatives,at a public launch held at the St Georges Cathedral in Cape Town. The report is dedicated to the 6-year-old Limpopo pupil, Michael Komape who died after drowning at his schools pit latrine.
