Telkom may challenge ICASA on Vodacom/Neotel merger

Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko says the company has embarked on a cost cutting exercise that includes reducing head count through voluntary retrenchments and the sale of properties. Speaking to Tim Modise, Maseko says Telkom is opposed to the Vodacom/Neotel merger in its current form and want ICASA to review the matter.
