Police accused of brutality against Zamazamas

In recent months there has been numerous reports received of police brutality meted against artisan miners ( otherwise known as Zamazamas). In response to these reports, support organisations such as the Legal Resource Centre (LRC) and the Benchmarks Foundation are working with various rights organisations to provide support to the Zamazamas.
