South Africans can play a significant part in the 2014 World Wildlife Fund’s annual Earth Hour initiative to take place from 20h30-21h30 on Saturday 29 March. That's according to Brand South Africa. The symbolic switching off of lights and use of electricity is aimed at sensitising all citizens about the need to conserve energy and show appreciation for the resources .
