Radio 786's case Concluded

The Islamic Union Convention, Radio 786 and the South African Jewish Board of Deputies concluded the second day with an out of court settlement after deliberations between the parties following a complaint laid by SAJBOD against 786 and its parent body the IUC. The complaint was laid following an interview on Radio 786 with Professor Yaqoob Zaki in 1998. SAJBOD claimed that the interview contained anti-semitic sentiments and holocaust denialism.
