Factional leadership battles divide protesting refugess in Cape Town

Tensions between the factional leadership among the protesting refuges at the Methodist Church in central Cape Town has led to the arrest of one of the group leaders. Fighting broke out on Sunday when police were called in to calm the situation. So what is happening and is there is solution to this problem?
