In this week's Africa report, we look at the Berlin summit on Libya where several foreign powers signed a agreement to limit external interference in the war in Libya. The city brings bad memories to the continent as it is there where the continent was partitioned in 1884. Meanwhile, the UK held its first summit with African leaders aimed at fostering relations post Brexit. In Lesotho,police questioned prime minister Thomas Thabane over links to his wife's murder.
