Is SA adequately prepared to handle coronavirus outbreak?

So news came through late last night that the World Health Organisation has declared the coronavirus as a global health emergency. Wuhan, the Chinese city of 11 million people where the virus emerged late last year, is now under effective lockdown. At least 213 people have died in China and almost 10 000 cases of the virus have been reported.
