In this weeks Africa report, we go to Sudan where authorities have agreed to hand over former president Omar al Bashir to the ICC in The Hague. He is wanted for alleged war crimes and genocide. Meanwhile, the African Union (AU) concluded Sunday with SA president Cyril Ramaphosa assuming the role of chair. The country also marked 30 years since the release of late former president Nelson Mandela. So where does the country stand?
