Cape Town - The ANC in the Western Cape may have suffered due to internal divisions that tore the party apart a decade ago, but is now showing signs of stability, says Ebrahim Rasool. The former Western Cape premier and current South African ambassador to the US has been on a whistle-stop tour of Cape Town in a bid to convince the middle-class electorate, especially Muslims, to vote.
