Feedback on Tazne's Funeral

Thousands of people turned up in Elsies River on Saturday for the funeral of a young murder victim. Eight-year-old Tazne van Wyk’s body was found outside Worcester in the Boland last week after she disappeared earlier this month. Police Minister Bheki Cele was one of the mourners at the Uniting Reformed Church in Halt Road, together with Cape Town mayor Dan Plato and the Western Cape MEC for Health, Nomafrench Mbombo. The accused in Tazne’s murder, Moyhdian Pangakar, will appear in court again on the 17th of April.
