Uproar over Gates covid-19 funding to Africa

An uproar erupted over the weekend that US billionaire Bill Gates will fund the coronavirus vaccine for Africa. This comes after two French doctors suggested that Africa should be used as testing lab for the virus.
Recently Ramaphosa met Gates in South Africa. But on line is DonValley Managing Director Solly Moeng.
