Recently the Hockey 24 Seven team, in collaboration with Rayder Media, were invited to the SPAR Indoor Series at Danville Girls School in Durban North. While watching SPAR South Africa take on Zimbabwe and Botswana, we were fortunate enough to also see the next batch of superstars take to the court for SPAR Emerging South Africa.
In this episode Jabu and Derek sat down with six members of the squad including Andrea Leader, Nompilo Thenjwayo and Cloe de Sousa. We discussed all things hockey as well as the thrill of being able to wear national colours, while the young ladies also dished some dirt on their team mates!
