25 cases of child abuse cases reported during lockdown

With South Africa facing day 13 of the 21-day lockdown induced by the Covid-19 disease, reports of child abuse has increased, but how does one deal with situations like this when freedom of movement is limited and every South African citizen forced to stay indoors to curb the spread of the virus.
