PPA concerned about online learning for scholars during lock down

Now following the announcement of a lockdown in South Africa to try and curve the spread of the Covid 19 virus, the WCED has opened an online portal to ensure that scholars still have access to educational platforms from home and that they don’t fall behind while schools have been closed. Now many organisations have come forward expressing their concerns with the online platform stating that those from disadvantaged backgrounds were not considered when the WCED implemented the online portal.
