Many countries do not have accurate data on the Covid-19 outbreak because scores of people with symptoms of the virus do no get tested. But in the case of South Africa, the low numbers is according to prof Salim Abdool Karim from the Ministerial Advisory Group on Covid-19 not due to inadequate testing.
