Mamphela Ramphele's political life has ended before even she entered parliament. AgangSA leaders announced yesterday she is taking a break politics as her party only managed to get two seats in parliament. In her statement Ramphele admitted that her party's performance in the general elections last week was “disappointing”, but said it had been wonderful to see so many South Africans vote and uphold political freedom.
