Moving onto the Mavi Marmara case – let's turn to the Turkish humanitarian organisation IHH. The IHH owned the aid vessel which had been attempting to break Israel's long-standing naval blockade of the Gaza Strip in 2010. Just this week, warrants were issued for the arrest of the 4 Israeli officials held responsible for the attack. These Israeli officials who authorized and ordered the raid, who neither attended the trial nor responded to the summons sent for them. An INTERPOL red notice was issued for the officials.
