Analysis: North Gauteng high court rules lock down regulations unlawful

The High court in Pretoria has declared lockdown level 4 and 3 unconstitutional and invalid. The court has directed the members of the National Coronavirus Command Council (NCCC) to amend and publish the regulations in line with the Bill of Rights. This after activist Reyno De Beer of Liberty Fighters Network approached the courts to challenge the lockdown regulation. So what are the political implications going forward?
